We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Duties
Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
Support the implementation and review of individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and clients
Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems
Support residents to promote independence
Facilitate communication between residents, family members, and healthcare teams
Experience
Previous experience working within a care home or home care environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
Good IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues
Ability to work flexibly, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
