Healthcare Assistant

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support to both adults and children in their own homes. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, and your care, professionalism, and commitment will have a meaningful impact.

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Healthcare Assistant, your role can encompass a variety of duties, including:

Supporting with personal care, including continence, hygiene, and dressing Assisting with medication in line with care plans Supporting nutritional needs, including meal preparation, hydration prompts, and gastrostomy care where required Building positive relationships with clients through social interaction and companionship Maintaining accurate care records (paper and digital) and following reporting procedures Completing mandatory and specialist training to support your development

What We're Looking For
