```Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or according to established policies and protocols
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Adhere to infection control policies and protocols
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Carer in a care home setting.
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures, including triage, trauma assessment, and resuscitation techniques
- Proficient in using medical equipment and tools commonly found in the ER
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
