About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable, and self-motivated individuals to join our friendly team as
Bank Care Assistants
. You'll be supporting residents with their physical, emotional, and social needs, helping them to live comfortably and with dignity.
As a Bank Carer, you will provide cover for staff absences and busy periods, offering flexibility to work
either day or night shifts
depending on your availability.
Typical responsibilities include:
Providing personal care and support to residents in line with their individual care plans.
Assisting with mobility, meals, and daily activities.
Supporting residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
Working as part of a team to create a safe, caring, and homely environment.
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Shift Patterns
Days:
8:00am - 8:00pm (1-hour unpaid break)
Nights:
8:00pm - 8:00am (1-hour unpaid break)
Flexible shifts available depending on home requirements and your availability.
Requirements
Compassionate, reliable, and respectful approach to care.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in care is desirable but
not essential
- full online training is provided.
Willingness to undertake a
DBS check
(required prior to employment).
