Health Care Assistant
Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in our nursing home. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting others.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility.
- Support healthcare professionals in implementing care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on residents' conditions.
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of residents at all times.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a nursing care home or care home setting is advantageous.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality care with empathy and respect.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.25-13.00 per hour
