Job Description
We are a multi-award wining health & social care agency, currently looking for experienced Health Care Assistants for our client in Beccles. The home is purpose built for up to 33 residents and provide care for the elderly with dementia
We are seeking to recruit a Health Care Assistant who is dedicated to providing exceptional person-cantered care, who always delivers care with empathy & respect. Having excellent communication skills is paramount with ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
Duties will vary from assisting residents with personal care, supporting with mobility, medication & nutrition. Keep accurate care records, communicate effectively with everyone you come across & create and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
What we offer:
Starting rate of 13.70 - 14.25 per hour - paid weekly!

Flexible on days or nights worked (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am)
Contribution based pension (after 12 weeks)
