Summary

We are seeking a Healthcare assistant to join our team at Norway Lodge Nursing Home. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while upholding our values of dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Implement and follow individualised care plans to meet each resident's needs. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to nurse in charge. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is preferred. Strong understanding of care plans and Care Home practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to drive is an advantage but not mandatory. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
