The Role

We're searching for a

compassionate, energetic, and wonderfully human Healthcare Assistant

to join our Evergreen family. Someone who believes that understanding a person's story is just as important as supporting their daily care.

You'll be:

Supporting personal care (and ensuring pyjamas are the right way round!). Encouraging independence, confidence, and meaningful activity - from music sessions to mindful walks in our garden. Following care plans and spotting small changes that matter. Maintaining accurate digital records (we promise - no paper mountains!). Creating a warm, safe, positive environment for residents and teammates alike. Bringing patience, kindness, and a spark of personality to every shift.

What We're Looking For

Experience in care -- mental health experience especially welcome. Clear, compassionate communication. Comfortable using digital care systems (or willing to learn!). A team player with initiative, resilience, and heart. Someone who knows that humour is sometimes the best medicine.
