The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced

Care Assistant

to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, respectful, and responsive care tailored to each resident's individual needs.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and continence management Promoting independence and dignity in line with each resident's care plan Assisting with mobility and manual handling Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Following safeguarding and health & safety protocols Supporting residents during meal times and activities

Requirements:

Experience in a care setting is essential

, preferably with individuals living with dementia A caring, reliable, and compassionate nature Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work on a flexible rota, including weekends and bank holidays

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable
