Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional home care services in the community. This role is vital in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care, fostering their independence and dignity while supporting their emotional and social well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, enhancing their quality of life. Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while providing care.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred. Strong understanding of home care practices and care planning. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driving license Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
