Job Overview

We're seeking compassionate, skilled, and experienced

Band 3 Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)

to join our growing healthcare staffing team. As a Band 3 HCA, you'll support nursing and clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care across a range of healthcare settings -- including NHS hospitals, mental health units, supported living services, and residential care homes.

Key Responsibilities

? Support patients with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
? Assist in clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, monitoring patients, and documentation
? Provide emotional and psychological support to service users
? Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff
? Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
? Adhere to infection control, health & safety, and safeguarding policies
? Promote independence and dignity at all times

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months UK healthcare experience (preferably in NHS or mental health settings)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Up-to-date Mandatory Trainings (e.g. BLS, Moving & Handling)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK

Desirable (But Not Essential)

- MAPA / PMVA / Breakaway Training
- Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or supported living
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
