The Role

We are currently seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team across the UK. Working within your local community, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing high-quality, compassionate care tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care, dressing, bathing, and mobility Support and follow individualised care plans to meet each client's unique needs Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support Accurately maintain care records and documentation Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and internal teams Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment at all times Promote independence, dignity, and respect for every client Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policies

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in home care or care home settings Excellent spoken and written English A compassionate, dependable, and professional approach Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic IT skills for care documentation Valid driving licence preferred (but not essential) References demonstrating prior caregiving experience Enhanced CRB/DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
