Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in providing quality care and support to residents in the nursing home. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of individuals in need of 24 hour care.

Duties:
- Assist the clinical team and other healthcare professionals in delivering resident care according to individual care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider healthcare team
- Provide support in the nursing home environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident information and activities

Requirements:
- Proficiency in IT systems used for healthcare documentation
- Ability to follow and implement care plans effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues
- Experience in care home settings is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 36 per week
