Health Care Assistant(s) required for a small high quality care home in Yatton.

Various shift hours available including weekend cover. and nights.

NO CANDIDATES REQUIRING SPONSORSHIP WILL BE CONSIDERED AS WE HAVE NO LICENCE..

Enthusiasm and desire to work in a friendly team helping others is essential, rather than technical qualifications. Experience in a similar role preferred. From 12.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Further hours may be available to cover holiday and sickness.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support the development and implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by monitoring residents and responding to their needs promptly. Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members and families.
