We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Duties

Assisting residents or clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility Supporting the development and implementation of personalised care plans Providing companionship and emotional support to individuals in care environments Assisting with medication administration as per care plans and under supervision Maintaining accurate records of care provided using IT systems Supporting clients with light domestic tasks to promote independence Driving between different care settings or client homes as required Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and their families to ensure consistent care delivery

Experience

Previous experience working within a care home or home care environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided Knowledge of care plans and understanding of health and safety procedures in healthcare settings is advantageous Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues Driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations, although not mandatory for all roles
