Key Duties
Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support individuals with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times.
Help with meal preparation and feeding when required, promoting nutritional health.
Maintain accurate records of patient care and promptly report any changes in condition.
Work alongside other healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care plans.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance patients' quality of life.
Ensure a clean and safe environment by following hygiene protocols and infection control measures.

Requirements
Minimum
6 months of care experience in the UK

Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.

driving licence
and access to your own vehicle.
