Health Care Assistant (HCA)

Rate:

13 to 15 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our dedicated team at a private nursing home located in 15 Cromwell Road Kirkcaldy KY3 9EH. You will be supporting adults and children in a safe, caring, and person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility Promote independence, dignity, and respect Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff Accurately document care provided Support emotional and social needs of residents

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a care or support setting Valid and up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check Right to Work in the UK Completion of mandatory care training (including but not limited to Moving and Handling, Safeguarding, and First Aid)
