Pay Rate: 15 per hour (waking nights)
Hours: 12-hour waking night shifts
Driver Required: Yes (must have business insurance)

We're looking for calm, experienced Healthcare Assistants to join a consistent team supporting a child with complex care needs. This is a waking night package based in Caerphilly, offering full support for a young girl with profound physical and sensory impairments, PEG feeding, and additional health needs.

You do need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle to work as a Healthcare Assistant with us. This is because all our clients live in their own homes in the community.

About the Role:
Our client requires overnight supervision, reassurance, and physical support. This includes repositioning, administering PEG feeds, and maintaining safety throughout the night. There's a clear care plan in place, and we're looking for consistent, calm individuals who are confident working in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- PEG feed and fluid administration (via established routine)
- Repositioning and night-time support
- Monitoring for seizures or distress
- Recording accurate night logs and escalating any concerns
- Maintaining calm and supportive presence throughout the shift

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience with PEG feeding and working overnight in complex packages
- Comfortable supporting children with developmental and sensory needs
- Reliable, emotionally mature, and proactive in care delivery
- Able to follow detailed care plans and clinical routines with precision
