We're looking for caring, reliable

Health Care Assistants

to support local clients in the Chester area.

What You'll Do

Support clients with

personal care

,

meal preparation

, and

medication prompts

. Provide

companionship

, encouragement, and emotional reassurance. Assist with

mobility and safe transfers

using appropriate techniques. Drive clients to appointments or outings (drivers essential). Record care notes digitally (training provided).

Requirements

Must have the

right to work in the UK

. Must hold a

valid UK driving licence

and have access to a car. Previous care experience preferred, but

full training is provided

. Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Basic IT skills for documentation and record-keeping. A valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving home visits. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Example Shift Times

Morning: 8-11am | Lunch: 12-2pm | Tea: 4-6pm | Evening: 9-10pm

Shift patterns can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour
