Your Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll support individuals in their own homes to live comfortably, safely, and with confidence. You'll provide compassionate, person-centred care while promoting independence and dignity at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs
Support with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and help clients move safely within their home
Prepare nutritious meals and support with eating and drinking where required
Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans and policies
Carry out light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality procedures at all times
Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to provide outstanding care

A full UK driving licence is an advantage, but walkers are very welcome
