We are currently seeking

dedicated, caring, and flexible Healthcare Assistants

to join our team. Whether you're looking for

permanent full-time, part-time, or bank shifts

, we want to hear from you.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide

person-centred care

to our residents, supporting them with daily tasks, promoting independence, and ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care including washing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene Support with mobility and moving & handling Assist with eating, drinking, and medication (as required) Prepare snacks and monitor nutritional intake Maintain up-to-date, accurate records using our electronic care systems Participate in training and supervision Uphold care home policies and promote a positive, compassionate care environment

What We're Looking For:

Compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals Willingness to work flexibly across shifts, including weekends A desire to make a difference in people's lives Previous care experience is welcome but not essential -

full training provided

Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (if not already held)
