LV Community are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team on weekends, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include:-

To work as part of a care team providing high-quality care. To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances. To be aware of any deterioration in physical or mental health, reporting to the Deputy/Registered Manager appropriately. To carry out personal care tasks as specified within the Care Plan(s).
