Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at 247 Home Care. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being while delivering high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health or behavior. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care. Adhere to health and safety regulations while providing care in clients' homes.

Requirements

Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help others.
