We are looking for caring and reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team in Doncaster. Whether you have previous experience in care or are completely new to the sector, we provide full training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support in clients' own homes Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Support with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication prompts Offer companionship and emotional support to clients Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or social activities where required Maintain accurate records of care provided Report concerns regarding health, wellbeing or safety promptly Work closely with the Care Coordinator and wider team to ensure high standards of service
Person Specification

Essential:

A caring, patient and compassionate nature Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Willingness to undertake full training and ongoing development Driving licence and access to a vehicle (required for travel between clients)

Desirable:

Previous experience in a care or support role NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards this)
