Health Care Assistant
Job Description
Assist the resident's mobility, changes in positions and providing pressure relief.
Communicate clearly with residents, record daily notes and care notes.
Assist with the orientation, admission and discharge of residents, assist with personal hygiene needs including oral care. Facilitate with nutritional needs. Act as an advocate and key worker. Escort as requested to hospital and other professional visits. Participate in social activities and assist with end-of-life care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
