Health Care Assistant
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in our nursing home in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of residents.
Shift timing:- 08:00 - 20:00
Duties:- Assist in the implementation of care plans for patients- Provide support to residents - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals- Utilise PCS systems for patient documentation - Support individuals with daily activities
Experience:- Previous experience in a care-related role is desirable but not essential- Familiarity with care plans and patient support- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds- Proficient in basic IT skills for documentation purposes- Excellent command of the English language.
