Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting
Support with meal preparation and feeding where required
Assist with mobility, medication prompts, and daily routines
Offer companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate care records and report concerns promptly
Promote dignity, choice, and independence at all times
Follow individual care plans and risk assessments
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
? Previous experience in a care or support role (preferred but not essential -- full training provided)
? Kind, patient, and reliable personality with a genuine passion for helping others
? Good communication and teamwork skills
? Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends
? Right to work in the UK
? Valid UK driving licence (if community-based role)
