About us

We at Kind Hands Care Ltd are a small domiciliary agency providing care in your local community. We are looking for care assistants who can drive and have access to their own vehicle to help us provide the highest level of outstanding care to our clients in their own homes.

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Our work environment includes:

Domiciliary Care working in the community.
Shift patterns offered:

Morning shifts : 07:00-14:30 Evening shifts : 15:30- 22:00
Rates of pay:

12.21 ph (shadow shifts)

Rates of pay after shadow shifts:

12.60 ph

Bank holidays paid at an enhanced rate

Mileage is paid @25p per mile

All day shifts offer breaks.

Weekend work is essential and would be offered on a rolling rota

Duties:

Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes Assist with activities of daily living, such as personal care, dressing, and grooming Support with meal preparation Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals Support with mobility and transfers Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry Provide companionship and emotional support to Individuals
Experience:

Previous experience as a care assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles Ability to follow instructions and work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient demeanor Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
