From 12.50 per hour (weekdays) | From 18.75 per hour (weekends)

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide the highest standard of care and support, enabling residents to live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver person-centred care and support to residents Promote independence and empower residents in daily activities Contribute to and implement residents' personalised care plans Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, and colleagues Maintain accurate digital care records Work flexibly as part of a supportive, person-centred team Participate in supervision, appraisal, and ongoing training Follow all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
About You

Previous experience in a care setting is

essential
