Virgo Care Homes are looking to recruit Health Care Workers. For this position you will be located at Thomas Gabrielle EMI Residential Home in Old Cwmbran. Main duties will be to attend and meet all social/psychological and mental health needs during the day. When offering this care we also take into account inclusion/promoting rights and independence. You will be expected to be reliable and motivated to make a difference to the clients lives during your shift. Thomas Gabrielle EMI Residential Home specializes in caring for elderly clients that require care provided, delegated, monitored or supervised by a Team Leader that is always on duty, in addition to the trained staff that provide personal care. This role can be challenging however you will be supported by your team.

The successful person will be expected to attend all training as organized and to complete QCF level 2 if already hasn't attained it . You will also be expected to gain the relevant qualifications to register with Social Care Wales within the required timescale.
The shifts are 7am to 2.30pm and 2.30pm to 9.30pm and will include some weekends.

Pay: 11.00-12.60 per hour
