Full-time and Part-time, 12-hour shifts (day shifts, including alternate weekends)
From 12.21 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

As a

Health Care Assistant

, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents throughout the day, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and comfort.

Your duties will include:

Providing person-centred care and support to help residents maintain their independence in line with their individual care plans. Assisting with personal care, mobility, continence needs, and mealtimes. Supporting residents with daily activities and routines. Offering emotional support and companionship to residents. Ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective handovers to the next shift. Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment during the day. Engaging with residents and promoting a friendly, homely atmosphere.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering person-centred care. Reliable, professional, and able to maintain calm under pressure. A team player with good communication skills. Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential -- full training and support will be provided. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
