Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

Be the sidekick every nurse dreams of - help with care, kindness, and a good sense of humour. Take vital signs like a pro (yes, even the awkwardly timed blood pressures). Assist our residents with personal care - from bubbly bath times to brushing up for bingo night. Help with mobility (we like to think of it as a gentle cha-cha across the hall). Keep a watchful eye on changes in residents' conditions - your superpower: spotting things early! Offer emotional support - sometimes that means listening, sometimes that means biscuits. Keep the environment cleaner than a nurse's clipboard.
Your Superpowers:

Talking, listening, laughing (a.k.a. top-tier communication). A heart full of compassion and a pocket full of patience. Team player vibes - we lift each other up (sometimes literally). Laser-sharp attention to detail - you notice the small things (like when someone's hiding the custard creams). Instruction-following skills that would impress even your nan. Some knowledge of medical lingo (don't worry - we'll teach you the tricky bits). Time-management skills that let you do all of the above without breaking a sweat.
