Care Assistant - Residential Home (Days & Nights)

Location: Sutton Coldfield

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team at our 16-bedded Residential Home in Sutton Coldfield. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and overall wellbeing at all times.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality personal care as required Supporting residents with daily activities and companionship Preparing and offering snacks and drinks as requested Making accurate and timely notes and records Promoting a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Working collaboratively as part of a supportive care team

About the role:

You will work under the guidance and leadership of the Senior in Charge Shifts are based on a rolling rota, with every other weekend required Flexibility for both day and nightshifts is essential

Days:

07:00 - 19:15

Nights:

19:00 - 07:15
