Blossomfield Rose Care Home are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals in care homes and home care settings, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Duties
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting their well-being.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to senior staff.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for all residents by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes effectively.
Experience
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is preferred.
Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with residents and team members.
Strong IT skills are beneficial for maintaining records and using electronic systems.
