About the Role

Join our dedicated daytime team providing compassionate and person-centred support to our residents. You'll be an important part of maintaining residents' comfort, dignity, and well-being in a warm and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with

personal care

, including washing, dressing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Earlies 7.30am to 2pm and lates 2pm until 8.30pm. Support with

mealtimes

, hydration, and ensuring dietary needs are met Help with

mobility and manual handling

, ensuring safe movement of residents Engage residents in

social activities and meaningful interaction

Assist with everyday tasks, including

hoisting

, repositioning, and wellbeing checks Maintain

accurate and timely documentation

of care in line with care plans and regulatory standards.
About You

A

compassionate and caring nature

with excellent communication skills

Empathetic

and patient, with respect for residents' independence and dignity Prior experience in care is valued but

not essential

--full training and support provided NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, but not required
