Health Care Assistants

Safe Harbor is a family run Residential and Residential Dementia Care Home provider operating in multiple locations across Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire. Ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.

Reporting any changes in a resident's condition to a senior person on duty.

Changing beds and tidying resident's rooms and ensuring communal areas are clean and safe.

Helping to serve meals and drinks at mealtimes and other times when required.

Always providing personal centred care

Ensuring accurate record keeping is always carried out.

All candidates will go through our thorough induction.

Experience ideal but not essential
