We are looking for a Health care assistant to join our team in a Dementia Nursing home. This will be 8-8 shifts on days. Breaks are paid.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.

Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Drive to various locations as required for home care services.

Uphold hygiene standards and assist in maintaining a clean environment.

Participate in training and development programs, including obtaining NVQ qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
