Overview


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in a home care setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities



Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and any changes in condition. Ensure a clean and safe environment for all residents. Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential. Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes. A valid driving licence A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
