Care Choice North West is offering a rare opportunity for two friends or family members to join our team as a

double care team

, supporting individuals across the Scholes, Whelley, and Beech Hill areas.

This role is perfect for two people who work well together, share strong communication skills, and have a genuine passion for helping others live independently in their own homes.

What Makes This Role Unique

You'll be working alongside someone you already know and trust. You'll provide person-centred support as a consistent double team, ensuring continuity and quality of care. You'll play an essential role in helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and safe in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal care and mobility support as part of a double-up team. Assist with meals, medication prompts, and companionship. Carry out light domestic duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Follow individualised care plans and accurately record care provided. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of care experience

(domiciliary or residential).

One applicant must hold a full UK driving licence

and have access to a vehicle.

Due to client needs, both applicants cannot be male - at least one must be female.

A caring, professional, and reliable attitude. Ability to maintain dignity, respect, and compassion in all aspects of care.

Shift Patterns

Morning & Dinner Calls:

6:30am - 2:00pm

Tea & Bed Calls:

3:00pm - 10:00pm Alternate weekends required as part of a fair rota.
