Day Care Assistants

to join our friendly team and help us continue delivering exceptional care.

About the Role

As a Day Care Assistant, you'll support residents with their daily routines, ensuring their comfort, dignity and wellbeing at all times. You'll work as part of a close-knit team to provide personal care, companionship and emotional support in a professional, caring manner.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care, mobility and mealtime support Promote independence, dignity and choice Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues Keep clear and accurate care records Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming home environment

About You:

Previous experience in a care or support role preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Caring, patient and reliable Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude Passionate about making a difference in others' lives
