Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Healthcare Assistant

to join our team covering the Epping area. In this vital role, you will support our clients in their homes, ensuring their well-being, dignity, and independence. You will be required to drive between visits, and travel time between calls will be fully paid. Visits are scheduled across the day between 6:30am and 9:30pm, with total daily working hours ranging between 8.5 and 10.5 hours.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, medication prompting, and nutritional support. Develop, follow, and contribute to personalised care plans tailored to each client's needs. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being. Travel between client homes across the Epping area (travel time paid). Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of care delivered and client progress. Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, their families, and colleagues. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance care skills. Uphold the values of KASE Care Limited in every interaction, ensuring a professional and compassionate service.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is essential. Strong understanding of home care and/or care home practices.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential

due to travel between client visits. Ability to work flexible hours across the care window (6:30am-9:30pm). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to follow care plans and work independently with professionalism. Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting vulnerable individuals. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
