Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in various healthcare settings. The role involves assisting patients with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties

- Providing personal care to patients in their homes or care facilities
- Communicating effectively with patients and their families
- Assisting in the implementation of care plans
- Utilising IT systems for documentation and reporting
- Supporting patients in a care home environment
- Driving to different locations as required

Requirements

- Experience in home care is desirable
- Proficient in English to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues
- Ability to understand and implement care plans
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Valid driving licence for transportation needs
- Willingness to work in a care home setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.85 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
