Basic Pay Rate:

12.21 per hour

Weekend enhancement /Night enhancement

By joining our dedicated team of Care Assistants, you will contribute to delivering excellent care, embracing our values of being kind, understanding, honest and patient, whilst enabling choice, dignity, and respect for those with and without dementia.

Full time and part time contracts are offered per week over 12 hour shifts each.

The rota may include alternate weekends and further earning opportunities are available through overtime. Working days and Nights. (enhancement for working nights)

We are looking for 2 care assistants to join us, so if you are either looking for a change in employment within healthcare or would like the chance to work in care or are considering it, we would love to hear from you.

About you:

You don't need any former qualifications or experience to be a Care Assistant. More significantly, are your personal values, qualities, and a willingness to brighten someone's day. You will be kind, honest, friendly, organised, reassuring and an effective communicator, equally happy to act on instructions or work on your own initiative and you'll enjoy being part of a supportive team.

We are a family run care home in Ferndown. We have been providing all aspects of dedicated dementia care for over 20 years within a homely environment

Your employment is subject to the receipt of two satisfactory job references plus an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) background check.
