Key Responsibilities
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting with safe medication administration
Supporting individuals with mobility and using aids (e.g., hoists, walking frames)
Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when required
Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Carrying out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
Reporting changes or concerns in clients' health or wellbeing to supervisors
Ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety policies

Essential Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or split shifts
Full UK driving licence and access to a car (required)
Desirable:
Previous experience in a care role (domiciliary, residential, hospital, or voluntary)
NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards this qualification)
