We have an exciting opportunity for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join us as a

Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

.

Responsibilities

Provide Quality Care

- Support residents with personal care, hygiene, mealtimes, and emotional well-being to ensure they feel comfortable and valued.

Monitor and Report

- Carry out regular checks, record residents' health and behaviour, and promptly share any concerns with the nursing team.

Support and Safety

- Work closely with colleagues to keep the home clean, safe, and welcoming, and respond quickly to call bells or emergencies.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills Previous HCA experience is an advantage, but not essential A team player with a caring nature Reliable transport for commuting to Burley DBS check (we'll arrange this)

Please note: This role is only open to candidates currently living in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.

We do not offer visa sponsorship including for candidates already residing in the UK.

Location Note

Due to our lovely countryside location in Burley, having access to reliable transport is important.
