Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support Assist residents with meals and hydration Record care notes accurately and report any changes in resident wellbeing Support emotional and social needs of residents Follow individual care plans and work collaboratively with care home teams Maintain dignity, respect, and safeguarding standards at all times
? Requirements

Must have access to own vehicle

for reliable travel to and from assigned care homes (not for community visits) Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent At least 6 months experience in a care setting

Must have current CPD and Manual Handling training

, and maintain them at all times Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to new environments Right to work in the UK

Pay: 24,420.00-31,072.69 per year
