Salary:

13.25 per hour (weekend enhancements up to 17 per hour)

Hours:

Full-time, 36 hours per week (Days)

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable

Care Assistant

to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous care home experience who is passionate about supporting residents to live fulfilling and comfortable lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents. Support with daily activities including personal care, meals, and mobility. Build warm and professional relationships with residents and their families. Assist nursing and senior care staff in providing a safe and supportive environment. Accurately document care delivered and report any changes in residents' conditions. Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents.
Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

(or equivalent). Previous

care home experience

- essential. Kind, patient, and empathetic approach to care. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.59-17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
