Healthcare Assistants
to join our supportive team.About the Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with personal care and daily living tasks Supporting emotional wellbeing and promoting independence Working closely with nurses and other care staff to ensure individual care plans are followed Maintaining a clean and safe environment
What We're Looking For:
Genuine passion for caring for others Excellent communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is
not
