Mid Essex

who are passionate about delivering person-centred care and making a real difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and practical support in clients' homes Assist with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication prompts Offer companionship, emotional support, and social interaction Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing Record and report care activities accurately Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals

Requirements

Kind, compassionate, and reliable personality Good communication and interpersonal skills - Spoken & written Maths & English GCSE Ability to travel across

Basildon, Chelmsford,

and

Colchester

areas

Driving licence and access to a car preferred,

but

not essential

Previous experience as a

Care Assistant

,

Support Worker

, or

Home Carer

is an advantage --

but full training is provided
