Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in a care home setting. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Duties - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues - Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding - Support residents in following care plans and maintaining their health - Help residents engage in social activities and maintain a high quality of life - Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in residents' conditions - Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting Skills - Proficient in English to communicate clearly with residents and colleagues - Experience in home care or a care home environment is advantageous - Ability to drive to assist with transportation needs - Familiarity with care plans and supporting individuals with their healthcare needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.85 per hour
